  Absolute joke of a store. whoever hires people must just close their eyes and pick people at random. The staff if you can call them that are not helpful, they are rude and have no knowledge of the industry. If I was the manager of the store I would be embarrassed by this and as optus head office I would look into a whole reworking of this stores staff as well as on the phone services. To go into a store looking for help, presumably that's their job is to help the customer unless something has changed in the retail industry that I don't know about. and be shoved a phone in your face and told here talk to someone on the phone is an absolute joke, so I stood in store for an hour doing your staffs job while they just hung around chatting to each other and walking in and out of the store with not one word from them since.

  This store needs a ticketing system in place, as other people who walk in after there are already customers waiting tend to push in front and get served first.

  Dale was super helpful and gave me exactly what I was after. My old number had been switched over to my new SIM before I even left the shopping centre. Great customer service.

  Worst customer service ever, waited over an hour to be served by one of the three staff working on a quite day with 6 customers in the store.

  At least with a ticketing system in place customers know where they stand and don't get rude people pushing their way through to be served.
