  I went in during late-night hours, and as a result was able to walk right in and see someone straight away…that is probably attributed more to luck than anything else.

  Went in to change my phone was given the response 'sorry we don't have time', I had the time to go down there 40 minutes before closing, avoid this shop.

  Extremely poor service - was told I had to wait an hour for service even though the shop wasn’t busy. Then I phoned hoping to make an appointment to avoid being delayed again but no one had the courtesy to ring me back.

  Fantastic service. I went in to get a new phone and update my plan - attendant was extremely friendly, answered all of my questions and helped me every step of the way. Didn’t pressure me into any deals or unnecessary products. Made me feel completely at ease doing something I only ever do every few years.
