This was a painful and expensive exercise that was made less painful by the rental team at David Deane's.   It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Mark and Naomi. They both had very good local knowledge of the area and I was impressed with their marketing strategy. In the short time our property was listed with David Deanne we had significant interest with the first open home and private inspections. I am pleased to report that we received an attractive offer with a settlement date that suited our circumstances within 7 days of listing. The contract is now unconditional. I would like to make special mention of the trust I have gained in Mark, it takes a lot to earn my trust and in all my dealings with him he acted in an ethical way, all of the advice he gave me from the get go was well thought out and in our best interests.
