  Really good pizza but the incompetence is beyond belief!!! Each time we've ordered, the pizza has failed to show. When we call, they claim not to be able to find the order. Even after telling them the charge on our debit card has already hit our account, they still jerk around. If you order, go in and order, and stand there and wait. Taking your order and delivering it is far beyond their capability. They did make a good effort this last time by including some extras once I finally got the food 90 minutes later. But dang... its a pizza order... why is it so hard?

  I offered a $5 tip and asked only for $5 change but instead was given $4 because the driver didn't have whatever he needed to make change.

  Friendly delivery driver Toni but that's where the great service ended. We ordered 3 pizzas and 2 garlic pizza breads. We recieved our delivery in 25 mins but they were missing the pizza breads. When they arrived just within the delivery guarantee time, both pizza breads were so over cooked that they were like dark brown cardboard and two fussy kids had 2 min noodles. I called and they said they would send out two new ones "straight away". I live about 1.5kms from the store. When they hadn't arrived 45 mins later i called and got to speak to David. Lucky me! When i questioned him about the delivery time he said "the second part of the order arrived on time so...." Prepubescent brat! Not interested in making us happy at all! We will never order from here again.
