  I organised a surprise party At this bowling place and they double booked me, so I had to cancel to the surprise party the night before and all they could do was apologise and argue with me over the phone. I found this quite rude considering it was their mistake and they couldn't offer a resolution.

  Just rang to see how one of the deals worked, but before I could explain why I was asking, Rudy was talking over the top of me, laying down the law about why they have these rules etc. What I was wanting would still have complied with the rules, but he was too busy talking to listen. Just lost himself 4 complete lane hires @ $129 each.

  I received a call from my partner who was quite upset with the way she was spoken to by the supposed manager. Who spoke rudely and blamed her for a double booking. Not appropriate coming from a manager I say.
