  I managed to save up pocket money for about two months that i worked hard for. Bought a bunch of computer parts, none of them worked at all. This place is a scam and the staff are rude, dumb and ignorant. No matter what your budget is. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE OR ONLINE FROM THEIR STORE IT IS A SCAM. THEY SELL BROKEN COMPUTER PARTS, LAPTOPS, PHONES, GAMES AND CONSOLES AND THEY DONT GIVE YOU YOUR HARD EARNED CASH BACK. Absolute scum this shop should be shut down. nothing but scum scum scum

  Strathpine store Monday 2 great blokes both absolutely helpful and polite, Tuesday 2 different blokes and both rude as punch and when I asked the guy that was testing stuff if it usually takes so long to test stuff as I’d taken it in the morning before he become extremely aggressive saying did I see he in the store yesterday so it’s not his problem then proceeded to try to start a fight with me to which I had to walk away as I didn’t want to go to lock up for disfiguring this idiot. Steer clear of this store they are not worth your money, time or freedom.

  I use to sell my good to this store until today when i noticed they had put the wrong names such as generic on many items even tho there website has the model numbers, prices were a massive difference. today i was ripped off over $140 the fat dude refused to try and fix it, and told me to cancel the order or pretty much deal with it. also used foul language in front of customers! will be taking this further until this guy loses his job! good luck mate!

  I honestly don't know why it has such a bad rating every time I go there they have the best customer service and they help you pick what game you want when you honestly don't know and if there not busy they are great for a good chat about your game because I can almost bet that one of them have played it and if they haven't they can still talk about it and I've only have one miss up with there games but they fixed that as soon as I told they so yes that is why I'm giving them a five star and this place is way cheaper then an games and just has a better vibe.

  We went there today.After wasting 3hours.They tried telling me my phone didn’t work.Then it wouldn’t work with a sim.After putting the right sim in the phone.And it worked perfectly.They said it was worth half the quoted price they offered at first.Will never walk into this place again.
