    Went to exchange a pair of Avena jeans today and was told that they had scanned at an incorrect price when I bought them ($3.00) so was offered a refund but when I wanted to exchange the correct size the smart mouthed sales assistant wearing a gold crown on her head said I had to pay the new scanned price of ($15)!!! So much for the customer is always right! I was told not store policy to exchange at the purchase price of the new scan price was higher. It was very clear on my receipt that I had bought the jeans yesterday afternoon and was told that that way it is!! Asked to speak to manager and was told he was not available! Stick you jeans where the sun don't shine Big W!!

    Shopping for mens clothes is always an issue but he found what he wanted at a very good price Thanks BigW

    Would not honour price labelled on product that was on special the special had finished but the incompetence of staff failed to remove signage very poor management and customer service
